How do I book a tutor?
Simply search for a tutor by subject or name, view their profile, and click "Book Session". Select your preferred time and complete the payment to confirm your booking.
What subjects do you offer?
We offer over 100 subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, Economics, English, and many more. Check our subjects page for the complete list.
How are tutors verified?
All tutors undergo a rigorous verification process including ID verification, qualification checks, and background screening to ensure quality and safety.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, eft, mobile_money, ewallet. All payments are processed securely in GBP (£).
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
How do I become a tutor?
Click on "Become a Tutor" in the menu, fill out the application form, and submit your qualifications. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
